To register for a course, you must complete the registration process and submit payment through
our website. Payment is required in full at the time of registration. We accept the following

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• No Refunds: We offer no refunds for cancellations. If you need to reschedule, a
  rescheduling fee will apply.
• Rescheduling: To reschedule a course, please notify us at least 48 hours before the
  scheduled course. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be
  subject to the rescheduling fee.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the course without prior notification, you will
  forfeit the course fee. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for no-shows.

5. Course Rescheduling
In the event that a course is rescheduled or canceled by us, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling or a full refund.

6. Certification
Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a certification from the American
Heart Association. Certification cards are typically issued within 48 hours, and no later than 5
business days after successful course completion. It is your responsibility to ensure that your
certification meets the requirements of your employer or organization.

7. Intellectual Property
